Hilary and I just found out about the Body by Vi Challenge. We are really exciting about it! What is the challenge? It is a transformation program to help you meet your goals that is simple, effective, and fun!

You may be thinking, "It must be really hard to get referrals, that just isn't for me." I was thinking that too. My Goals

Started the Challenge December 7th, 2011
In the next 90 days I'd like to:

Lose 25 pounds (from 200 to 175)
Go from a size 36 pants down to size 32
Lower my cholesterol and BMI to a healthy range
Complete a half marathon in under 2 hours and 45 minutes
Break my addictions to sweets and habits of over-indulging and lack of self control or portion control
Learn how to successfully promote my own ViSalus business, get my product for free, and makes some extra income.
